Transferring a call
If the person you are speaking to wants to speak to another colleague of yours,
you can transfer the call to that colleague.

Open the context menu
Confirm the option shown.

Enter the number of the party to whom you want to transfer the call.

Announce the call, if necessary.

Using callback
You can request a callback if the station called is busy or if nobody answers. This
feature saves you from having to make repeated attempts to reach the user.
You receive a callback:
• When the other party is no longer busy,
• When the user who did not answer has conducted another call.
Saving a callback
Prerequisite:
You have reached a busy line or no one answers.
Confirm the option shown.
Accepting a callback
Prerequisite:
A callback was saved. Your telephone rings and the following
message appears on the display "Callback: ...“.

Lift the handset.
