Call Pickup to a Line Key
Prerequisite:
A line key with a separate telephone number is configured on your
telephone (consult the administrator).
The telephone rings. The LED for the line key blinks rapidly.

Lift the handset.
Press the key. The LED lights up.
Placing a call on hold
You can use this function to place an ongoing call on hold, for instance, to pre-
vent the other party overhearing a conversation with a colleague in the same
room.
Prerequisite
: You are on a call and the "Hold" key must be configured, see
Press the "Hold"
key. The call is on holod. The party on hold hears music.
Following a configured period of time a double beep reminds you that the party
is still on hold,
Press the "Hold"
key to resume the held call. You can now make a consultation
call or end the call.
Transferring a call
You can transfer your current call to another party with or without consultation.
The features "Transfer on Hangup" and "Transfer on Ring" must be activated by
service personnel.
