Answering calls from the door terminal/confirming
door release

If a door terminal has been set up, you can speak to the door terminal and acti-
vate the door release from your phone.

If authorized (ask your relevant Administrator), you can set up the

Door release

and visitors can then open the door themselves using a 5-digit code (e. g. via an
MVF-transmitter or an installed keypad).

Speaking with visitor over the door terminal

Requirement:

The telephone is being called via a door terminal.

Lift the handset within 30 seconds. You are connected to the door terminal im-
mediately.

Left the handset after more than 30 seconds.

Enter door terminal phone number.

Opening door from telephone during call with door terminal

Confirm.

Opening door from telephone without call with door terminal

If nec. Press Main Menu key.

Open using the Softkey.
