Step by Step

Conducting a conference

You can connect up to 3 internal and external call part-

ners in a telephone conference.

Setting up a conference

You decide to set up a conference while talking to a us-

er.

You are on a call and wish to start a conference.

Press the display key.

Enter the number of the second station.

The station is free and answers. You announce the con-

ference.

Open the system menu.

You and your two call partners are connected in a con-

ference.

Ending a conference

You are connected with two or more partners in a con-

ference call.

Call the system menu.

disconnected from the conference.

Press the On-hook key. The conference is ended.

Leaving a conference

Press the On-hook key. You leave the conference.
