9-1 Need le bar heig ht adjustm ent

Adjust the height of the needles①.

☞ 

At thie time, adjust so that each needle① is in the  center of the needle hole⑥ in the needle plate②. 

1. Remove the set screw⑦, and then remove the presser foot⑧.

2. Turn the machine pulley to drop the needlebar to its lowest position.

3. Loosen  the needle  bar  clamp screw⑤ and adjust so  that the distance between  the bottom  of the needle clamp③ and  

   the top of the needle plate② is 11.3(for thin material) or 10.1mm (for medium-heavy material). 

 

※ 

If the needle  clamp is set in  the way described  above, the distance between the points of the needles and the top of  

    the needle plate will be 8,5mm(for thin material) or 10.3mm(for medium-heavy material).

4. Remove the set screws⑤(3pcs), and then remove the needle plate②.

5. Turn  the  machine  pulley  so  that  the  needles①  and the needle guard④ are aligned, and then adjust the tilt of the    

   needle clamp③ so that there is no space between the left and right needles① and the needle guard④ at this time.  

   Install the needle plate② with the set screws⑤(3pcs), and after checking that the needles① are in the centers of   

   the needle holes⑥, tighten the needle bar clamp screw. 

6. Install the presser foot⑧ with the set screws⑦.

            

                                

                                      9-2 바늘과 루퍼 타이밍 조정 

                                                   

☞ 

바늘①이 최하점일 때, 루퍼②는 후진 행정이 끝난점에   

                                                        위치하고  바늘중심으로부터  루퍼  끝부분까지의  간격은  

                                                        3mm로 조정합니다.

                                                 1. 고정나사③(2개)를 풀고, 벨트 카바캡④을 열고

                                                 2.  풀리를  자기  앞쪽으로  돌려서  루퍼②가  후진행정이  끝난    

                                                    점으로 오도록 일치시킵니다.

                                                 3.  캡나사⑤를  풀고  나서,  타이밍  벨트(하)⑥의  고정나사⑦     

                                                     (2개)를 풉니다.

                                                 4. 풀리를 자기 앞쪽으로 돌려서, 바늘①을 최하점으로 합니다.

                                                 5. 고정나사⑦(2개)를 견고하게 고정하고, 캡나사⑤를 고정합니다.

                                                 6. 고정나사⑧(2개)를 풀고, 루퍼잡이⑨를 화살표 방향으로 움직  

                                                   여서 바늘 중심으로부터 루퍼② 끝부분까지의 간격을 3mm로  

                                                   하여 고정나사⑧(2개)를 고정합니다.

                                                 7. 루퍼의 전진행정,후진행정에 대하여 루퍼실 구멍과  바늘 구멍이  

                                                   일치하는 것을 확인합니다.

                                                 8. 벨트 카바캡④을 닫고, 고정나사③(2개)를 체결합니다.

                                                 9. 노루발, 침판, 톱니를 조립합니다.
