MAINTENANCE
SAFETY
Maintenance operations must be carried out by personnel who have previously read the ma-
nual.
Any type of cleaning or physical maintenance must always be carried out with the system swi-
tched off and its electrical connection disconnected.
When carrying out these operations, strictly follow the instructions given in this manual.
The lighting system (natural and / or artificial) of the area where the maintenance operations
are carried out must ensure the following minimum illuminance values: 200 lux.
For any maintenance and cleaning operations, in addition to the instructions contained in this
manual, the general safety standards and, if necessary, the general safety rules at work where
these operations are carried out, must be observed.
In the physical maintenance operations of the alarm system it is necessary to provide for the
use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as:
CLOTHING:
Complies with the essential safety requirements able to protect against minor mechanical
damage.
GLOVES:
When operating in areas with loads and live parts, it is necessary to use CE marked gloves as
PPE that protect against all the risks just analyzed.
SAFETY SHOES WITH NON-SLIP SOLES:
They are necessary in all works where there is a risk of a potentially dangerous piece falling.
GOGGLES:
They are necessary in all works where there is a danger that an object and / or a material could
be thrown into the eyes of an operator.
HELMET:
To protect the operator’s neck from electric shocks and to protect the operator from falls (in the
case of suspended product installations).
HARNESS:
To protect the operator from the danger of falls, during suspended installations of the product
and at dangerous heights.
