CONFIGURATION
To use the UFO app, it is necessary to connect your device to your modem or via ethernet cable
or via telephone sim.
The phone sim must be a normal microsim, not for alarm systems.
You can use a Vodafone or Tim, without pins.
For UFO premium models, you open the front panel by using the suction cup and you find the
compartment as in the photo.
Then, you have to insert the microsim from the bottom up with the corner cut facing down to
the right.
The correct insertion of the sim is determined by the fixing “click”.
For the UFO GOLD and UFO FAMILY models, the sim is inserted in the White laboratories, before
shipping the device to the customer.
For Extreme models the sim door compartment is installed horizontally: for this reason, the
microsim will be inserted from left to right with the corner cut facing down to the left.
Download the concerning application from the store of your smartphone / tablet and follow the
instructions you find on the screen. For 2.0 models, download the “UFO” application, for all other
models download the “UFO GOLD” application.
USE
Problems
If any unforeseen anomaly occurs during the phase of switching on and using the anti-theft
system, it is recommended to contact customer assistance.

Plug the power cord into the socket, open the refills’ compartment and turn the power button to
the “I” icon.
