9.9.1 Description
Confirms the reception of a new message (SMS-DELIVER or SMS-STATUS-REPORT) which is routed directly
to the TE (see the
command). This acknowledgement command shall be used when
parameter
<service> equals 1. The MT shall not send aCMT or +CDS (see the
command) unsolicited result
codes to the TE before the previous one is acknowledged. If the MT does not get acknowledgement within
required time (network timeout), the MT should respond as specified in 3GPP TS 24.011 [
] to the network.
