Paper Jam Elimination

When printer cutter jammed and the top cover cannot be
opened, you can eliminate the jammed paper by re-initiating
the printer:

1.

Turn off the power switch.

2.

Restart the printer.

3.

The cutter will return to normal status and you can
open the top cover to remove the jammed paper from
the cutter.
