Delinquency Transmission Delay:
Number of hours (Activity Delinquency) or days (Arming Delinquency) the panel will delay before

The panel uses rotary (pulse) dialing.
OFF:
The panel uses touchtone (DTMF) dialing

The panel will switch from touchtone dialing to rotary dialing after the 4th failed attempt to communicate.
