Storage

Before carrying out the following tasks irst read

the safety instructions in Chapter 2 - Safety.
Also, familiarise yourself with the described task
sequence.

The deinstallation of the Kompakt sweeping
machine is described in Chapter 6 -
Deinstallation!

Consider the components' weights.

General storage

• Store sweeping machine on a irm and level surface in a

dry and clean place.

• Ensure a secure standing of the sweeping machine.

• Clean the sweeping machine. Dirt attracts humidity and

leads to the formation of rust. If necessary, repair paint
damage.

• Lubricate the sweeping machine.

Chapter 7.12 Lubrication plan describes the
lubricating points of the Kompakt sweeping
machine!

Storage of brush rings

• Pull the hand grips (1) of the drum shaft adjustment's

raster lever system backwards and let them engage in
the top position (2).

Danger of getting squashed! The palm of the hand
must point towards the middle of the sweeping
machine (castor wheels).

• Carry out the setting evenly on both sides.

Storage without collector vessel

• Insert and secure the bolt of the two supports in the top

hole (3). (The sweeping drum no longer touches the
ground)
