11. Move the bale row through the wrap chamber
and onto the roller bed using the Ram REV
control screen button. Refer to
.
12. Retract the bale ram to front home position by
pressing the forward button on the control panel.
13.
Return final bale pushoff to closed position using
handle under ram.
14. Move linchpins from storage position on ram to
lock ram push plate into its closed postion
.
15. Open the safety doors, remove 2 x 3 tube from
its mounts on right side of the wrapper and lay it
across the top of the pushoff hooks. See
Fig .6
.
NOTE:
Replace the pin in holder to avoid losing it.

16. Run the bale ram once more to completely push bales free of bale wrapper tail.
17. Open the safety doors, remove and store the 2 x 3 tube in storage brackets. Secure at front with
lock pin.
NOTE: Bale wrappers equipped with optional dispatch arm do not require 2 x 3 tube. Refer to
Dispatch Arm Operation,
After Wrapping
Inspect wrapped bale row for any holes on plastic film. Patch with tape if necessary. Label bale row
with information such as wrap date, moisture percentage, foliage type, etc.
