Bale Saddle Adjustment
The TL60ECV has moveable bale saddles to allow various bale sizes to be wrapped.
To adjust the bale size:
1. Look at decals on front of wrapper for bale
saddle position. See
Fig .2
.
NOTE:
Bale sizes and positions on decals are a
reference only. Bales may differ from recommended
position due to baler settings, firmness, weight, etc.
2. Pull pin out and rotate clockwise to lock in open
position. See
Fig .1
.
3. Use handle to move bale saddle to desired
position, aligning outside edge of bale saddle
front plate with line on decal.
4. Rotate pin counter clockwise to lock pin and bale
saddle.
5. Repeat for both saddles
6. Ensure bale saddle is locked in position before
loading bales.
NOTE:
Bale saddles should fully support bale.
Round bales should not drag on bale deck.
