Set whether to enable / disable the mode to add a response such as "OK" or "NG" to
commands that otherwise has no response. See “9-2 All Response Modes” (page 60)
for details.
The state changes each time the CHG button is pressed.
When LH is displayed high-speed LAN, and LL - low-speed LAN is enabled for all
response mode.
When RS is displayed, RS-232C is enabled, and when GP is displayed GPIB port is
enabled for all response mode.
