OPERATING MANUAL
If the vacuum poer is insufficient check that the vacuum hose is not clogged. Clean as necessary with a jet of water, spraying
in from where it is inserted in the tank. Proceed as follows to do this:
1. Detach the vacuum hose from the cover of the recovery tank, from the steel spring and from the squeegee.
2. Clean it with a jet of water, spraying from the part where it is inserted into the tank.
3. Reassemble everything by repeating these procedures in reverse order.
9.3 Cleaning the dirt water tank
Proceede with emptying the dirt water tank.
9.4 Machine cleaning
WARNING
- Do not clean the machine with high pressure cleaners or open water. Use only a wet cloth.
10 TROUBLE SHOOTING
10.1 Insufficient water to the brushes
1. Check that water lever is open or that the water regulation is not set in OFF position (Plus version only).
2. Check that there is water in the solution tank.
3. Check that hoses are cleaned and not damaged.
4. Check the solenoid valve conditions. If the solenoid works properly you can hear a
“click” sound when switching on and
off the brushes after pressing the accelerator.
5. Check that the wirings are not cut or damaged.
6. Check that the water pump works correctly.
10.2 Squeegee does not dry perfectly
1. Check that the squeegee is clean.
2. Check all squeegee adjustments (read chapter "6
– PREPARING THE MACHINE")
3. Check that the cover of the recovery tank is correctly positioned and closed.
4. Clean the entire vacuum unit (see chapter "11
– WEEKLY MAINTENANCE").
5. Replace worn squeegee rubber blades.
10.3 Machine does not clean well
1. Check the brushes condition and replace if necessary. Brushes must be replaced when bristles are about 20 mm. high.
Working with brushes that are too worn may cause damage to the floor.
2. Use another type of brush rather than the standard brush. We recommend, to clean floors with exceptionally tough dirt,
the use of special brushes or pads that are supplied on request and according to your specific needs
10.4 Too much foam is generated
Use a low-foam detergent. Add if necessary a small quantity of anti-foam liquid to the recovery tank. Remember that more
foam is generated when the floor is not very dirty. In this case use a more diluted detergent solution.
10.5 Vacuum motor does not operate
1. Check that the LED signal on the vacuum switch on the console is on.
2. Check that the electrical connector is properly connected.
3. Check the battery level.
4. Check the intervention of the protection
10.6 Brushes motor does not operate
1. Check that the LED signal on the brushes switch on the console is on.
2. Check that the electrical connector is properly connected.
3. Check the battery level.
4. Check the intervention of the protection
10.7 Machine does not start
1. The operator must be sitting correctly on the driver's seat.
2. Check that the emergency switch is up.
3. Check that connector is connected to the batteries.
4. Check that the key-operated switch in ON position.
5. Check the battery level.
