The Mix Permissions Menu

The SAM-Q-SDI contains a total of 8 Mix Groups, each of which can be Disabled, or Enabled in the Mix
Permissions menu as required.

By default, all 8 Mix Groups are enabled at factory and have been given the following default names:

MIX A, MIX B, MIX, C, MIX D, MIX E, MIX F, MIX G and MIX H.

For information on how to rename Mix Groups please refer to page 53.

Users of the SAM-Q-SDI can select any Enabled Mix Group by rotating the small encoder above the
headphone output (see page 10), whilst Disabled Mix Groups will remain inaccessible to the User.

The example below shows the factory default audio source assignments for MIX A:
