FAULT DIAGNOSIS
The following simple checks may be performed by the operator. If the machine is still not working, please contact your local Service Agent:

The machine does not start up
Batteries aren't connected.
Connect the batteries.
Low battery.
Charge the machine for 8 hours.
The brush does not rotate
Motor is not connected.
Connect the motor.
Vacuum does not work or the
machine is leaving traces of water
Can you hear the vacuum running?
If yes, follow steps below. If no, contact your
local Service Agent.
Recovery tank is full.
Empty recovery tank.
Recovery tank drain hose plug is
not fitted correctly.
Refit the recovery tank drain hose plug.
Recovery tank lid is not fitted
correctly.
Refit the recovery tank lid.
Vacuum float cage is blocked or ball
is stuck.
Check vacuum float cage for debris and clean.
Check ball is not stuck in top position.
Squeegee hose is damaged or not
fitted correctly.
Check squeegee hose for signs of damage and
refit.
Squeegee blades are not on the
floor
Use foot pedal to lower the squeegee blades to
the floor
Squeegee blades are damaged or
dirty
Check squeegee blades for signs of damage and
clean.
No water comes out
Brush motor is not turned on
Turn on brush motor
Solution tank is empty
Fill solution tank
Solution solenoid button is not
working
Check the solution solenoid button light comes
on and you can hear it when pulling the handle
triggers.
Water tap is in closed position
Change water tap to open position. The water
tap can be found at the back of the machine,
just inside of the left hand wheel from the
operator's position.
Insufficient floor cleaning
Unsuitable brush or detergent
Use a brush and detergent which are suitable
for the type of floor or dirt to be cleaned.
Worn brush
Replace brush
* If the fuse blows several times, the machine should be checked by an authorised Service Agent.
