Click on the 'Add' icon to add a new name and telephone number to the telephone book. A new window will
appear where you can fill in all the personal information.
Click on the 'Print' icon if you wish to print the information of the person selected in the telephone book.
Note:
A printer must be connected to your system in order to be able to use the 'Print' option.
Click on the 'Edit' icon if you wish to alter the personal information of the person selected in the telephone
book.
Click on the 'Dial' icon to call the person selected in the telephone book.
Click on the 'Delete' icon if you wish to delete the person selected from the telephone book.

In this tab (see figure 28), a summary is displayed of all the telephone calls made.
