• Disconnect the tool.

• Lower and secure the cutter head (see page 7).

• Adjust the rotating table to make 0° miter cuts, and keep

the cutter head column at 0° (see page 10).

• Set an L-square adjusted at 90° against the table and the

flat side of the disc.

• Wearing protective gloves turn the disc to verify in several

spots if correctly aligned.

• Should the disc is misaligned loosen the bevel cut knob

(

25

).

• Gauge the cutting disc tightening or loosening the screw

with the hex key included.  The disc face should make

contact in all its points with the square.

• Tighten the bevel cut knob and the jam nut in the stop

screw for 0° bevel cuts.

• Once the disc is gauged adjust the bevel cut scale pointer

(

26

) use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen both screws and

set correctly into de zero in the scale.

• Follow a similar process to gauge the disc angle at ±45°:

set the cutter head column at ±45° (see page 10) and

tighten or loosen the stop screws for 45° bevel cuts (

27

).

Se the cutting disc is making contact in all its sides with the

L-square adjusted at 45°.

Tighten up the angle to make bevel cuts

• Disconnect the tool.

• Lower and secure the cutter head (see page 7).

• Adjust the rotating table to make 0° miter cuts, and keep

the cutter head column to make 0° bevel cuts (see page

10).

• Set a square against the cutting guide (

14

) and against

the disc face (

9

).

• Should the cutting guide or disc is not making contact all

along the square, using an hex key loosen the screws (

a

fixing the cutting guide.

• Set the square as reference and adjust the guide until

perpendicular to the cutting disc.

• Tighten back the four screws (

a

) to fix the cutting guide

in the correct position.

• The screws (

b

) may be loosened to adjust the contact

area in the cutting guide with the work material.
