5. Preparation for commissioning
The customer must make the following arrangements before the
machine is commissioned by the TRUMPF service engineer:
■ Transport the machine to the installation site (see Chapter 6,
Transport).
■ Position the machine and drill holes for the anchor bolt (see
Chapter 7, Installation).
■ Position the adjustable legs provided for the purpose
beneath the machine (see Chapter 8, Set-up).
■ Assemble the support brackets provided (see Chapter 9,
Support bracket).
■ Connect the foot switch and network cable (see Chapter 10,
Foot switch and network cable).
■ Have the machine connected to the power supply by an
electrician (see Chapter 11, Electrical connection).
The work steps for this are described in the following Chapters.
