hand to hold the gas filter in place�
If the screw aid jumps over or slips during tighening, the required
tightening torque has been reached�
If present, attach the clip-on adapter back onto the high-pressure
hose�
Screw the high-pressure hose onto the cylinder valve of the full
gas cylinder with the screw aid�
Open the cylinder valve of the gas cylinder�
If available, press the hose rupture protection on the high-pres-
sure hose�
If necessary, press the yellow reset button on the gas pressure
regulator, gently turn in a clockwise direction and hold for 10
seconds�
After any intervention, check the high-pressure hose connection
on the cylinder valve for leaks (see the “Checking for leaks in the
high-pressure section” chapter)�

Leak test
5.1
High-pressure section
The leak test of the high-pressure section can be performed by the
user�
The high-pressure hose is screwed onto the cylinder valve and onto
the gas pressure regulator or gas filter� Gas can escape at these
unions�
The user is responsible for the test�
After each gas cylinder or high-pressure hose change, check the
unions in the high-pressure section with a leak-finder spray in
accordance with EN 14291�
Check and replace the flat gaskets if they are leaking� Consult a
specialist workshop if necessary�
