LCD display problems (XRS EID Stick Reader only)
Symptom
Cause

The LCD looks
washed out.
This can be caused by
extreme temperatures.
Adjust the
CONTRAST
in the stick reader settings. See

LCD display has
missing pixels.
Faulty Display FFC (flat
flexible circuit) cable .
Test the LCD. See page 20.
Try replacing the Display FFC (flat flexible circuit) cable.
