Sheet steel smoke extract duct (by others)

As ducts may expand in the event of a fire, we recom-

mend using flexible connectors at one end when con-

necting a sheet steel smoke extract duct which is

attached at both ends. The flexible connectors should

meet the specifications for the sheet steel smoke extract

duct. Be sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

If no smoke extract duct is connected to the smoke con-

trol damper, it will be necessary to protect the end with a

cover grille (accessory or to be provided by others:

galvanised steel, mesh aperture ≤ 20 mm).
