Flame Guard
Assembly Instructions
Congratulations on the purchase of your Tropitone
®
Flame Guard.
Read through all steps before fastening components together.
WARNING:
Do not try to lift or flip components with only
one person. Components may be heavy and awkward to
handle, and may result in injury to persons or damage to
property if not lifted properly. Safety Glasses must be worn
when drilling holes in frame components.
CAUTION:
When instructed to fully tighten screws, do not
over tighten and strip the threads.
Read through all steps before starting
assembly.
Completely unpack all boxes and thoroughly
check for items that may be individually
wrapped.
Check that all items listed in the Parts List are
in your cartons.

Step 1 Flame Guard Frame Assembly
Assemble Flame Guard Frame Sections to Flame Guard Feet by
placing the 1
st
Frame Section on top of a Foot and securing with
(1) 10-24 x 3/4” Flat Head Phillips Screw using a #2 Phillips
Screwdriver.
Note:
Do not fully tighten screws until the Frame is completely
assembled.
Assemble the 2
nd
Frame Section onto the same Foot, securing
with (1) 10-24 x 3/4” Flat Head Phillips Screw.
Assemble the 2
nd
Foot to the second Frame Section, securing with
(1) 10-24 x 3/4” Flat Head Phillips Screw.
Continue the assembly of 3
rd
and 4
th
Frame Sections to 3
rd
and 4
th
Feet to complete the Frame assembly.
