The warranty covers only material or manu-
facturing faults, not normal wear or damage
to fragile parts such as switches or recharge-
able batteries.
The appliance is intended solely for private,
not commercial, use. If this product has been
subjected to improper or inappropriate hand-
ling, abuse, or interventions not carried out
by one of our authorised sales and service
outlets, the warranty will be considered void.
This warranty does not affect your statutory
rights. This warranty applies only to the initial
purchaser and is non-transferable.

Disposal
Do not dispose of the device in
normal domestic waste.
Dispose of the device over a registered waste
disposal firm or through your communal wa-
ste disposal facility.
Observe the currently valid regulations. In case
of doubt, consult your waste disposal facility.
Battery disposal!
Batteries may not be disposed of with normal
domestic waste. All consumers are statutorily
obliged to dispose of batteries at the collec-
tion point in their community/district or with
the original supplier. The purpose of this obli-
gation is to ensure that batteries can be di-
sposed of in an environmentally-friendly man-
ner. Only dispose of batteries when they are
fully discharged.
Dispose of the packaging materials
in an environmentally responsible
manner.
Warranty and Service
This appliance is guaranteed for 2 years from
the date of purchase.
It has been carefully produced and meticu-
lously checked before delivery. Please keep
your receipt as proof of purchase.
Contact your service centre by telephone in
case of questions pertaining to the warranty.
Your goods can be transmitted free of cost
only in this manner.
This appliance has a two minute timer. After
approx. two minutes the appliance becomes
slower, indicating to you that the dental pro-
fession recommendation of two minutes has
been complied with.
Warning:
In the beginning, it is common that
the unfamiliar abrasion leads to bleeding of
the gums. This is normal. Should this continue
for more than two weeks, consult your dentist.
Installing / removing brush heads
• You can remove the brush head

by twisting
and pulling it upwards.
• To replace the brush head

use the inverse
procedure.
The brush head
q
must engage on being put
back in. To avoid damages, use only original
brush heads. (For replacement brush heads,
see the order card)
Cleaning and Care
After use, clean the brush heads thoroughly
under running water. For hygienic reasons we
recommend that every 2 - 4 weeks you clean
the brush head with standard commercial
cleaning fluids for dental prosthetics.
Batteries
• Pull the battery compartment lid

downwards.
• Remove the protective foils from the con-
tacts.
• Check to see if the batteries are inserted
with the correct polarity.
• Replace the battery compartment lid
t
and press it firmly closed.
Ensure that the recess

on the battery
compartment cover

sits correctly in the
guide rail inside the toothbrush.
Always exchange all of the batteries at the
same time and always use batteries of the
same type.
Should the batteries have leaked, wear pro-
tective gloves. Clean the battery compart-
ment with a dry cloth.
Brushing one's teeth
•
Remove the transit protector from the
brush head.
•
Apply some toothpaste to the moistened
brush.
•
To avoid splashing, switch the appliance
on when it is in your mouth.

First of all brush the outer surfaces of
your teeth. Place the brush head
q
on
your gums and move the brush
upwards/downwards from the gums to
over the crown of the tooth.
•
Start again on the gum for each individual
tooth.
•
Clean the inner surfaces of your teeth
with the same technique.
•
To clean the chewing surfaces, direct the
rotating brush head with light pressure
over the chewing surfaces.
•
Finally, thoroughly clean the rear parts of
the rear molar teeth.
•
On completion, press the Off switch
