TO RAISE MAIN GEAR
– 02-7833C0110 ONLY
1. Attach main gear adapter to trailing link. Secure in place with both retaining pins.
2. Place hydraulic jack on a hard level surface between tires.
3. Use the spacer blocks (Z-3826, Z-3827 and Z-3869) in order to get the ram as close as possible to the jack pad.
NOTE: The one-half inch (1/2") spacer block (Z-3869) must only be used alone or located at the floor level.
WARNING!
NEVER use above the bottom spacer block.
4. After the main gear adapter is secured on trailing link, line up jack pad with the spherical recess in the center of the
cylinder assembly.
5. Chock aircraft tires on gear not being raised.
6. Connect pump hose.
7. Open reservoir vent screw.
8. Close pump release valve and operate pump.

Slightly open pump release valve to slowly lower jack.
