Compass Selection
The Internal USBL Transducer magnetic compass can be
used (default as shown) or alternatively an external Ship
Compass or GPS Heading input can be selected for use.
Magnetic Compass Corrections
This can be used to convert between True, Magnetic and
Grid North depending on the Heading source and what
the user requires to be displayed. This will be applied to
whichever compass input has been chosen.
The next page of the wizard allows the user to set the Parameters for the Vehicle.
Seanet Sub Compass
should be selected if the vehicle is fitted with a compass from which
the serial data string has been brought in to Seanet Pro (this is configurable via the Utilities
-> Com Setup menu). The tracking of the vehicle can be determined from the
USBL depth
