DC bus voltage cannot be measured or measurements are incorrect
VSD is ready
VSD is on and the current voltage is displayed on
screen
The controller displays voltage values Ud.

Check that the voltage adjusting value Ud is
entered in the controller
In the UMKA07 controller menu, go to the
«Creating» life cycle, select the
«DC bus calibration» submenu, the value of the parameter «DC-link (Ud)
adjusting factor
» must be set to 910 if RMPS unit is.
The voltage measured by the controller is close
to real but there is a difference of a few percent
In the UMKA07 controller menu, go to the
«Creating» life cycle, select the
«DC bus calibration» submenu, measure the values between terminals
Ud+ and Ud- and enter the received values in the
«DC-link voltage (Ud)»
column, and then check how the calibration coefficient changes.

«+DC_BUS_F», «-DC_BUS_F» from
FU1, FU2
to BVN unit are working
Turn the VSD OFF, open VSD using the supplied key. Turn off the power
to a VSD by disconnecting power cables. Check with a tester that the
BVN terminal P74 (KT12) has electrical contact with the F1. If it is
absent, restore the circuit
«-DC_BUS_F». Also, use the tester to ring the
connection from BVN terminal P73(KT7) to the F2. If not, restore circuit
«+DC_BUS_F».

to DC bus wires are working
Turn the VSD OFF, open VSD using the supplied key. Turn off the power
to a VSD by disconnecting power cables. Check with a tester that the +
DC bus has electrical contact with the F1. If it is absent, restore the circuit
«+DC_BUS». Also, use the tester to ring the connection from -DC BUS to
the F2. If not, restore circuit
«-DC_BUS».

P8 terminal connect to BVN unit and P7 terminal
connect to GB unit.
Turn the VSD OFF, open VSD using the supplied key. Disconnect P8
terminal from BVN and after that connect it. Repeat this action 3 times.
Disconnect P7 terminal from GB and after that connect it. Repeat this
action 3 times.

Fuses F1, F2 are operational
Turn the VSD OFF, open the VSD using the supplied key. Using a tester,
check that the fuses F1 and F2 near OK. If any of the fuses are blown,
replace with a working 6 A one.

The integrity of the circuits between P8 terminal
of BVN unit and P7 terminal of GB unit is ok.
Turn the VSD OFF, open VSD using the supplied key. Using the tester,
ring the all circuits between P8 terminal of BVN unit and P8 terminal of
GB unit. If the circuit is broken
– restore.

Turn the VSD OFF, open VSD using the supplied key.
Change BVN and GB unit to working one.
