All the values refer to a maximum surface temperature tc = 65 °C and 350 mA. The actual cooling surface can deviate depending on
the material, design, external influences and the installation situation. A thermal connection between LLE G2 PRE Module and the heat
sink using heat-conducting paste or heat-conducting adhesive foil is essential.
7.2.3. Temperature measurement on the module
t point LLE
c
There is a t point on top of the module for checking the temperature of the latter:
p
The temperature at the t point can be measured with a simple temperature probe. Since the underside of the modules is made from
p
anodised aluminium, any measurements taken with an infra-red camera would lead to inaccurate results.
