The Portal will occasionally transfer a firmware update to your Water Heater Controller. After the new

firmware is installed, your Water Heater Controller will restart and reconnect to the Portal and App

automatically.

Firmware Update

Note: The firmware update cannot be initiated on the Water Heater Controller, and it cannot be

canceled or postponed.
