Warranty / garantie / garantía / Garantie
TRIAX warrants the product as being free from defects in material and workmanship.
THE WARRANTY IS APPLIED ONLY FOR DEFECTS IN MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP AND DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE RESULTING
FROM:
•
Misuse or use of the product out of its specifications,
•
Installation or use in a manner inconsistent with the technical or safety standards in force in the country where the
product is used,
•
Use of non-suitable accessories (power supply, adapters...),
•
Installation in a defect system,
•
External cause beyond the control of TRIAX such as drop, accidents, lightning, water,
fire, improper ventilation…
THE WARRANTY IS NOT APPLIED IF
•
Production date or serial number on the product is illegible, altered, deleted or removed.
•
The product has been opened or repaired by a non-authorized person.

L'utilisation abusive ou une utilisation du produit en dehors de ses spécifications.
•
L'installation ou l'utilisation d'une manière incompatible avec les normes techniques ou de sécurité en vigueur dans
le pays où le produit est utilisé.
•
Utilisation d'accessoires non appropriés (bloc d'alimentation, adaptateurs…).
•
L'installation dans un système défectueux.
•
Cause externe comme chute, accidents, foudre, Inondation, incendie, mauvaise aération…
LA GARANTIE NE S'APPLIQUE PAS SI
•
La date de production ou le numéro de série sur le produit est illisible, modifié, supprimé
ou retiré..
•
Le produit a été ouvert ou réparé par une personne non autorisée.

LA GARANTÍA ES APLICABLE SOLAMENTE PARA DEFECTOS EN MATERIALES Y FABRICACIÓN Y NO CUBRE DAÑOS RESULTANTES
DE:
•
Uso incorrecto o uso del producto fuera de sus especificaciones.
•
Instalación o uso de una manera incompatible con las normas técnicas o de seguridad vigentes en el país donde
se utiliza el producto.
•
Uso de accesorios inapropiados (fuente de alimentación, adaptadores ...).
•
Instalación en un sistema defectuoso.
•
Causa externa como caída, accidentes, rayos,
•
Inundación, fuego, mala ventilación ...
LA GARANTÍA NO SE APLICA SI:
•
La fecha de producción o el número de serie en el producto es ilegible, modificado, eliminado o eliminado.

Externe Gründe außerhalb des Einflusses von TRIAX wie Herunterfallen, Unfälle, Blitzschlag, Wasser, Feuer, nicht
ausreichende Belüftung…
Die Garrantiezusage erlischt wenn
•
Produktionsdatum oder Seriennummer auf dem Produkt ungültig, ausgetauscht, gelöscht oder entfernt wurde.
•
Das Produkt geöffnet oder von einer nicht autorisierten Person repariert wurde.
