materials (like curtains), heat, cold spots and steam.
GENERAL INFORMATION
When you first turn on the unit, the grill plates may emit
some smoke. Do not worry, after few uses the smoke will
disappear. At first use, clean the parts that will be in
contact with food (ie the plates).
To avoid risk of burns, after turning on the appliance,
do not touch the slots as they become very hot.

Handle with care fresh-cooked food.
While the unit is
running and/or after every use, touch only the handle.

Once you have placed the food on the grill plate, handle
them with wooden cutlery only, being careful not to
scrape the surface of the plates.

Never leave the appliance unattended while it is running.

After every use, unplug the unit and wait for the
complete cooling of each part before cleaning.

Do not immerse in water or other liquids. Do not leave it
under the stream of tap water. In any case, avoid water
or other liquids to slide on the cooking plates.

For cleaning, use soft sponge, avoiding metal ones. Grill
plates can be cleaned with a common cleaner for dishes.

Place the unit on stable shelves. Leave enough space at
both sides of the unit, while the unit is working.

Keep the unit away from flammable materials, heat, cold
spots and steam. Do not use as a support for objects.
