FUNCTIONING
At the first use, pass some dough in all the parts of the 3 rolls, in order to collect eventual impurities.
MANUAL USE

Place the flat pasta maker (5) on a stable and flat surface.

Put the clamp (6) in the hole on the side of the structure (5) and block the appliance by
tightening the clamp (see figure).

Insert the handle (8) in the hole (13) placed on the right of the selected roll.
