Series Stretcher Service Manual (man115re)

Raising the Back Section Using the Nurse Controls

• On the nurse control put the head ON/OFF switch in the ON position.

• Push the head UP/DOWN switch to the UP position.

• Release the head UP/DOWN switch when the desired position is reached.

The head section will lock in place.

Lowering the Back Section Using the Nurse Controls

• On the nurse control put the head ON/OFF switch in the ON position.

• Push the head UP/DOWN switch to the DOWN position.

• Release the head UP/DOWN switch when the desired position is reached.

The head section will lock in place.

Patient Controls

The patient controls are located on both siderails and allow the patient to raise
and lower the head and knee sections.

Raising the Back Section Using the Patient Controls

• On the nurse control, make sure the head ON/OFF switch is in the ON

position.

• Push the head up arrow on the patient control panel located on the siderail.

• Release the up arrow when the desired position is reached. The head

section will lock in place.
