Trouble shooting
Faults of outdoor unit
If the outdoor unit has any fault, fault code will be displayed on all wired controllers of outdoor unit and
indoor unit. After the fault is eliminated, fault code will disappear.

Compressor

High pressure switch
(HPC) disconnects when
exhaust pressure >
4.2MPa is detected.
Display the
fault code, the
compressor
stops running
immediately
and shutdown.
Stop valve not opened,
Pipe is blocked by foreign body
or electronic expansion valve has
adjustment insufficiency, please check
the pipe and valve conditions.
Insufficient heat dissipation of the
condenser, air duct is blocked or air
volume isn

fan and clean coil.
Refrigerant is charged too much (at
this time accompanied by high suction
pressure), calculate the charging volume
again and refill refrigerant.
Error between High pressure switch
and main board, check whether it is
connected.
Poor contact of high pressure switch,
check it.

(HPC) detects that exhaust
pressure < 3.3MPa, SLEEP
on the wired controller
or TIMING on the remote
controller is used to

manually start to recover.
