Power wire connection precautions

The same circuit loop shall be applied by the indoor and outdoor units.

All indoor and outdoor units of the same system will be supplied uniformly.

A set of air switch shall be provided for each power distribution box respectively according to the

capacity of each unit, which can

t commonly used by several units.
Confi rm all earth wire of the air conditioner to reliably connect the ground. The earth wire should
•
not be connected to the lightning protector, telephone line, gas pipe or water pipe. Improper
earthing will cause electric shock or fi re.
Communication line connection precautions:
Circuit of the DC inverter multiple split unit is divided into strong current (power) circuit and
•
control (communication) circuit. Be sure not connect the power wire to the terminal blocks of the
communication cable.
The communication line must be connected, with its total length less than 500m. Shielding layer
•
of the communication line must be grounded with the host.

Connect the communication line well prior to power on. Please do not carry out hot plugging, to

avoid damaging the communication chip.
In order to prevent the interference of the strong current signal to the control signal, shielded

twisted pair must be applied, and shielded twisted pair with compact shielding layer and small
lay shall be chosen as far as possible.
When the power wire and communication line are arranged in parallel, they shall be equipped

with conduits separately, with a certain distance.
