Notes:
After completion of the construction of fi tting pipe, air tightness test should be done for the

indoor unit and fi tting pipe.
Be sure not to take the infl ammable gas or air (oxygen) as the boosting gas, otherwise fi re or

explosion will be produced; only nitrogen can be used.
Operation procedures:
Step 1:
pressurize to 3.0MPa from the pipe at liquid side and air side (not exceed 3.0MPa).
Step 2:
keep this pressure for 24h and check whether it drops.

Step 3:
check whether there is leakage if pressure drops;
Step 4:
carry out air tightness test again after the leakage is repaired, release nitrogen after no
leakage is confi rmed.
