Thermal insulation of fitting pipe
After completion of installation, wrap up the disperse pipe and connecting pipe with heat

insulation cotton.
If temperature and humidity inside the ceiling exceed 30

and RH80%, heat insulating material

of the refrigerant fi tting pipe will be strengthened (thickness above 20mm), (surface of the heat
insulating material may dew).
Connecting distribution pipe (liquid side and air side) and the branch components of refrigerant

must be provided with heat insulation. If it fails, drip will appear.
When the unit runs for heating, the maximum temperature of the distribution pipe in air side
•
will reach 120
ņ
, therefore you should use the heat insulating material with high temperature
performance resistance.
Heat insulating material of the fi tting pipe connected locally must be wrapped to its connecting
•
part. If the fi tting pipe is bared, dewing will appear, and if it is touched, scalding will be produced.
