Brazing fl ux will be forbidden for welding of the refrigerant pipeline.
You should use phos-copper hard welding metal without brazing fl ux.
Brazing fl ux will greatly damage the refrigerant pipeline. If brazing fl ux containing chlorine is used, it
will corrode the pipeline. Especially it will degenerate the refrigeration oil and infl uence the refrigerant
pipe system.
Set the outdoor unit at a place higher than the indoor unit. Gap fi lling treatment will be done for the
connecting part when there is a possibility that condensate water of the check valve fl ows from the
thermal insulating material and gaps of the fi tting pipe to the indoor unit.
After completion of installation construction, please check the refrigerant pipe with nitrogen in terms
of gas leakage.
Installation of disperse pipe
If the disperse pipe is installed unreasonably, uneven distribution of refrigerant will be caused, so as
to produce nonuniform refrigerating and heating effect of the unit. The disperse pipe can be mounted
horizontally or vertically, no bending is observed within 1m copper tube before and after the disperse
pipe, which is benefi cial to distribute the refrigerant evenly. After completion of installation, the
connecting pipe and disperse pipe shall be treated with heat insulation together.
When the disperse pipe is mounted horizontally, the horizontal line shall be taken as a reference, with
the inclination angle ≤ +/-15º ;
When the disperse pipe is mounted vertically, its joints must be vertical completely;
When install the disperse pipe, the main distribution pipe shall not be bent at the connecting
part. When bending can't be avoided, the main distribution pipe led from the connecting part shall be
guaranteed to be a straight line, with length above 500mm.
