Installation of refrigerant pipe
Choose the connecting pipe and branch pipe with proper diameter according to size of the connecting
pipe of the unit, and connect them to the indoor unit, then to the outdoor unit. Please refer to the
connection schematic for the typical connection of the unit.
Precautions during installation of refrigerant pipe
For pipe construction, clean new pipe will be applied, free from dust, water or any other impurity
•
inside the copper tube.
In order to prevent moisture, impurity or dust from entering the refrigerant pipe, please store the
•
fi tting pipes required by installation indoor, and the both ends shall keep tight, until brazing.
It shall pay special attention when the copper tube passes through the wall, to avoid dirt entering
•
it.
Pipe connection of the outdoor unit is forbidden in rainy days, to prevent moisture or dirt from
•
entering the fi tting pipe.
Number of elbow pipe shall be minimized, and larger bending radius shall be applied when the
•
pipe is bended.
