(a) Cooling performance is rated at 95°F ambient, 80°F entering dry bulb, 

67°F entering wet bulb. Gross capacity does not include the effect of 

fan motor heat. AHRI capacity is net and includes the effect of fan motor 

heat. Units are suitable for operation to ±20% of nominal cfm. Units 

are certified in accordance with the Unitary Air-Conditioner Equipment 

certification program, which is based on AHRI Standard 340/360.
