General Information
Unit Description
The optional Remote Human Interface is illustrated in Fig-
ure 1. It enables the customer, building owner, or mainte-
nance personnel, to communicate the necessary operating
parameters to the unit and to receive operating status infor-
mation from the unit, within the occupied space.
The 2 line by 40 character LCD screen format displays top
level information, various unit functions, and menu read-
outs. The 16 key keypad adjacent to the LCD screen allows
the operator to scroll through the various menus and make
adjustments to the operating parameters.
The Remote Panel is identical to the Unit mounted Human
Interface Module with the exception of the “Unit Select” key.
This key allows the operator to switch from one unit to the
next in order to program or view status information regard-
ing that unit.
The Remote Human Interface functions the same as the
Unit mounted Human Interface with the exception of the
“Test Start” function. The operator can view the Service pa-
rameters, but can only initiate the starting of the Service
Test at the unit. The door is equipped with a locking screw
to deter access by un-authorized personnel.
