Minimum Fresh
Air Damper will
not open
Locate Minimum
Position
Potentiometer on
Logic Module
Gently rotate
potentiometer fully
clockwise.
Does Actuator
begin to rotate
linkage arm?
Is resistor
Remove R3
resistor located
across P and P1
terminals on logic
module.
"open" or 130
ohms?
Replace resistor with 130
ohms 1 watt resistor
Replace Actuator and
logic module
Adjust linkage to
properly drive
dampers.
Check for 24 volts
across TR and
TR1 terminals on
Logic Module.

connected to "G"
lead in unit.

connection in unit?
Is the economizer's
Black wire
connected to "G"?
Is the economizer's
Black wire
connected to TR at
econ?
Is BL at TR1
connected to BL at
unit's low voltage
connection
You now should have 24V
between TR and TR1 at the
econ logic module
