Mounting the (Optional) Illuminator
If you also purchased the optional illuminator for night time operation, we recommend that you mount it
either just above or just below the camera.
The illuminator comes with a Pole Banding Mounting system. As this is a standard type of mounting it
requires no special knowledge to easily install the illuminator.
To install the illuminator using the pole banding mounting system:
1.
Attach the supplied brackets to the rear of the illuminator with the supplied screws as shown in the
following illustration.

Insert the stainless steel banding straps into the bracket and fasten the illuminator to the pole.

OTE
:
The banding straps included are long enough for use with a 5-inch pole. If you want to use a
larger pole, you will need to obtain longer banding straps.
3.
Tighten the straps with a nut driver until secure.
