The parameter 

Ext. Input Delay

 defines the reaction time for the external switching input. 

The  reaction  time  from  the  switching  edge  of  the  switching  input  to  the  actual  execution  can  be  set 
according to the following table and is used to interference suppression of the signal at the switching 
input.
