7.3 Object 1002h: Manufacturer status register
This object is not used by the measuring system, by read access the value is always "0".
7.4 Object 1003h: Pre-defined error field
This object saves the measuring system error occurred last and displays the error via
the Emergency object. Each new error overwrites an error which was stored before in
sub-index 1. Sub-index 0 contains the number of the occurred errors. Meaning of the
error codes see Table 17, page 182.
Writing 00h to sub-index 0 deletes the number of errors and the standard error field,
see also Emergency Error codes from page 181.

Sub-index 0: Sub-index 0 contains the number of actual errors that are recorded
in sub-index 1.
