6.6 Preset adjustment function
Risk of injury and damage to property by an actual value jump when the
Preset adjustment function is performed!
The preset adjustment function should only be performed when the
measuring system is at rest, otherwise the resulting actual value jump
must be permitted in the program and application!
For execution of the preset adjustment function the measuring system can be
equipped onto the connector with an additional input. For this purpose the function
“Preset-Function” for this input must be selected, see chapter “Function external input”
on page 62.
With connecting the external input with the supply voltage the actual position of the
measuring system is set to the value which is defined under “Preset value” and the
output is set to the corresponding analog value, see also page 62.
