5 Mounting

The measuring system is connected to the drive shaft via an elastic coupling, which
compensates for any deviations in the axial and radial direction between the measuring
system and drive shaft. This avoids excessive strain on the bearings.

The centering collar with fit g6 centers the measuring system in relation to the shaft. It
is fixed to the mounting plate by means of the M16x1 hex-nut which is included when
the device is delivered. The rotating of the measuring system by the arising torque is
prevented by a dowel pin at the measuring system.
