2 Basic safety instructions
2.1 Definition of symbols and notes
means that death or serious injury will occur if the user fails to take the
respective precautionary measures.
means that death or serious injury can occur if the required precautions
are not met.
means that minor injuries can occur if the required precautions are not
met.
means that damage to property can occur if the required precautions are
not met.
indicates important information or features and application tips for the
product used.
means that appropriate ESD protective measures according to
DIN EN 61340-5-1 supplementary sheet 1 must be taken.
