Confirmation of instruction
The operator of the TOX ® -FinePress should obtain written confirmation of participation
of the staff in introduction, training, seminars etc. for learning about the safe operation,
maintenance and repair of the toggle press.

Print a copy of this form "Declaration of knowledge of the charged
staff" for each participant.

After introduction, this copy must be signed by each participant of the training and
the instructor must confirm the participation.

Keep these documents in a safe place, if possible together with the other internal
working instructions.
